BRENTWOOD, TN — Ravenwood delivered a commanding doubleheader performance on March 20, with both the JV and Varsity squads securing convincing victories in front of a home crowd.

JV: Ravenwood 5, Father Ryan 0

The Junior Varsity Raptors opened the night with a clinical 5-0 win. Nic Pinto struck first, giving Ravenwood a 1-0 lead heading into halftime. The second half saw the Raptors pour it on:

  • Cannon Moss scored off an assist from #2, Daniel Rosas Guerra II.

  • Rosas Guerra II then found the net twice himself, showcasing his attacking prowess.

  • AJ Jacks capped the scoring to seal the 5-0 rout.

The clean sheet underscores a strong defensive performance, as the JV squad continues to find form early in the season.

Varsity: Ravenwood 3, Father Ryan 1

In the Varsity match, Ravenwood again displayed poise and power. With just one minute left in the first half, Massey broke through to give the Raptors a 1-0 lead. The second half brought more action:

  • The match was briefly tied 1-1 in the 30th minute.

  • Simon Hetrick found Aiden Carothers with a key assist in the 26th minute to reclaim the lead.

  • With four minutes remaining, Spencer Brown connected with Nate for a stunning volley to close out the match 3-1.

Ravenwood's combination of sharp finishing and fluid ball movement lifted the team to their second straight win as the regular season gains momentum.
