Boys Track & Field Conditioning Schedule

There are 19 different track & field events here in Tennessee, so Ravenwood offers four separate conditioning groups to help our athletes prepare for the upcoming season. Here are the details about where and when each group will meet until official practice begins on February 16.

Sprints: Monday-Thursday, 3:25 at the track
Jumps/Multis/Vault: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 at the track
Throwers: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, 3:30 in the weight room (beginning January 25)
Distance: Monday-Friday, 3:30 at the track

Please remember that all athletes must be up to date in Final Forms before they can participate in conditioning. If you have any questions, please contact Coach Mueller.
