Seven Williamson County area volleyball teams participated in the annual Border Battle tournament Friday and Saturday at TOA Sports Performance Center in Cool Springs to face competition from several states including Kentucky, Wisconsin and Missouri.
In all, 42 teams took part at the tournament hosted by Summit High School.
Ravenwood senior Mackenzie Bidwell said tournament better prepares her and the rest of the Raptors for the always tough District 10-AAA tournament as well as the upcoming postseason facing so many talented programs from Tennessee and beyond.
