Jewel Molina turned away everything sent toward her Tuesday night and the Brentwood High School girls' soccer team snapped a three-match slide against longtime rival Ravenwood on the soccer pitch.
Molina, a senior keeper, and the Bruins defense bent, but never broke as the Raptors racked up 21 shots but could never find the back of the net. Sophomore Kayla Childs broke through late in the first half for the rivalry showdown's only goal as Brentwood walked away with a 1-0 District 10-AAA victory.
