After a scoreless first half, both teams fought hard in a classic defensive battle. Independence almost scored on a Penalty Kick, but Faith Vanston had a killer save. One on many for the night. Tori Case had the assist on the winning, and only, goal by Anna Major.

The Lady Raptors will take on Brentwood Thursday night at Independence in the District 12-AAA finals match.
