In Coach Faler's 10 years as a high school wrestling coach in the state of Washington, he has coached 23 state placers, 9 state finalists, 5 state champions, a number of club wrestling all-Americans, and 2 college all-Americans. He has also coached on multiple teams that placed in the top 10 in the state as a team. Coach Faler has been a weight training teacher, a math teacher, is a licensed attorney (in WA state), and a school counselor at Ravenwood High School. 

Constantly striving to help students prepare for the rigors of adult life, Coach Faler has been a role model to many student-athletes. He sees the skills gained through wrestling as invaluable tools for reaching one's full potential in school, sports, and personal & professional endeavors.

Brody grew up in Camas, WA with 4 older siblings who were athletes, leading him to become competitive at a young age. He was an all-state wrestler and team captain at Camas High School. He earned a bachelors degree in teaching from Eastern Washington University, his masters degree in school counseling from the City University of Seattle, and a Juris Doctorate from Lewis & Clark Law School.
