The Lady Raptors went 1-1 over the spring holiday. They first played White County on Thursday, and the Lady Raptors were victorious, taking the game with a score of 2-1. Sophomore Avery Wissmar had an impressive 17 strikeouts. Sydney Hughes, Wissmar, and Camilla Wilbanks all had hits to lead the Raptors to victory. The team then played again on Saturday, falling to Warren County in a close 0-1 game. Wissmar again was dominant on the mound, striking out 8. Kate Barker, Ashari Leonard, and Addie Martin all had hits for the Lady Raptors. The team is looking foward to the two district games coming up this week.
