Last weekend the Raptor JV and Varsity soccer teams competed in the 2019 Smoky Mountain Cup. The JV boys won all three games played. The Raptor Varsity won matchups with Hardin Valley and Mt. Juliet but ended in a tie with Grissom, finishing the weekend undefeated. Varsity had goals from David Coggin, Nick Dang, Stone Ferguson, and Max Frazell, while the JV team had goals by Evan Waggoner, Mateo Garay, Adam McMullen, Drew Dodson, and Brock Seiler. JV is undefeated on the season at 5-0 while Varsity moves to 3-1-1. RHS soccer will play Centennial at home tonight for a district matchup; JV starts at 5:15 PM and Varsity starts at 7 PM.
