Bio: Coach Akers returns for his third season on the Ravenwood staff after previously working with Raptor kickers while his son, Luke, played for the Raptors. A six-time NFL Pro Bowl selection, Akers spent 16 seasons in the league and was twice named first team All-Pro. He kicked a career-long 63-yard FG at Lambeau Field for the San Francisco 49ers on Sept. 9, 2012, tying the NFL record at the time and currently standing as the third-longest field goal in NFL history. He holds a variety of NFL kicking records.
