Coach Will Hester's second stint on the Ravenwood sidelines began with a trip to the TSSAA quarterfinal round and a record of 10 wins and 3 losses in 2021. In 2013, Coach Hester took over a Ravenwood program that had won eight games in the previous four seasons. During his first three-year tenure at Ravenwood, the Raptors won three region championships, one TSSAA State Runner-up in 2014, and the 2015 TSSAA State Championship while compiling a record of 38-4 over that period. After leaving Ravenwood, Coach Hester opened Nolensville High School where he served as athletic director & head football coach for a team made up entirely of Freshmen and Sophomores competing at the 4A level. In their second year -- with only Juniors, Sophomores and Freshmen -- the squad became the first school in Tennessee history to qualify for and win a playoff game without a Senior in the school. Coach Hester spent three seasons at Florence High School in Alabama where he guided the school to two playoff appearances advancing to the Quarterfinals once. Coach Hester is a Tennessee Tech graduate with a degree in Secondary Education & Math.
