Ravenwood's special teams ace Luke Akers will be following in the family tradition of playing football at the next level.
The kicker shared his intent to attend UCLA and join the Bruins.
Akers, the son of former NFL kicker David Akers, is ranked as the No. 9 kicker and No. 10 punter in the country for the Class of 2020 by Kohl's. He averaged 39.3 yards per punt. He was 4-of-6 on field goals with a long of 46.
