An early lead helped the Raptors defeat Spring Hill 7-4 on Tuesday. The Raptors scored on a single by Lawson Evans, a single by Ben Severance, and a single by Shane Craig in the second inning. Craig led things off on the pitcher's mound for the Raptors. He surrendered three runs on six hits over five and two-thirds innings, striking out seven and walking one. Dakota Warwick toed the rubber for Spring Hill. He lasted five and a third innings, allowing 11 hits and seven runs while striking out three. Elijah Williams threw two-thirds of an inning in relief. The Raptors tallied 11 hits in the game. EvansZane Denton, and Jackson Sherrill each racked up multiple hits for the Raptors. SherrillDenton, and Evans all had two hits to lead the Raptors. Brantly Whitwell went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Spring Hill in hits.
